1. *Customers must notify us within 7 days from confirmed delivery date.
2. Customers must not have used the purchased equipment. The guarantee is for inspection of the equipment for quality assessment only.
3. Ultimate Pro Crab Pots will, at it's SOLE discretion, either pay for return shipping or arrange for a local agent to collect on our behalf.
4. In the case of return by shipping, customers agree to repackage the equipment in a manner similar to how it was delivered in order to be eligible for shipping.
5. In the case of  both Courier and Agent collection, customers agree that Ultimate Pro Crab Pots may share relevant customer information such as address, email and phone number for the purposes of coordinating collection of the equipment.
6. Upon collection by courier or agent, Ultimate Pro Crab Pots will refund the full amount (including GST and any shipping fees paid by the customer) to the account/payment method used by the customer for purchase.
